Sell multi-date trips on WooCommerce

A WordPress plugin for tour operators. Every trip gets its own dates, prices and seats — and sells through WooCommerce.

Built for how trips actually sell

Multiple dates, one trip.

Add every departure to a single trip, each with its own price and seats. No duplicate products to keep in sync.

Stock for every date, and every extra.

Seats on the trip, single rooms, minibus places, gear hire — each capped per departure. Selling out one doesn’t close the others.

Deposits and partial payments.

Take a deposit at booking and the rest in installments. Each one is a real WooCommerce order with its own payment link, emailed before it’s due.

Questions

Is there a trial?

No, but every plan comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Or get in touch and we’ll set up a demo with your own trips.

What does my site need?

WordPress 6.9 or newer, WooCommerce 8.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer — plus any payment gateway that can take payment for an order. It’s tested with WooCommerce’s Storefront theme.

Will it slow my shop down?

Trip data has its own indexed tables, so listing a hundred departures is a single query. It supports WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Portuguese out of the box, and fully translatable into any other.

What happens if my licence lapses?

Your site falls back to the free version: trips, departures and bookings stay exactly as they are, and trip pages keep selling. Pro features — installments and their reminders, extra stock caps, trip lists — pause until you renew, along with updates and support.

Tell us how your trips run

Dates, packages, extras, how you take the money. A few lines is enough — we’ll reply with how they’d look in Godwit.
